Outstanding
  We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, which is ideally located for most of the sites in central London and excellent value for money. I had a single ensuite room, the bedrooms are adequately furnished in a basic style but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large with a very good shower. My only (very small) complaint is that I was not made aware when booking that I would have to provide proof of my ex Police Officer status. For the amount of money i payed for, my wife and i expected a room with private bathroom facilities; nevertheless, the facilities in the hallway were absolutely clean and neat. probably we will use the hotel next time again; it depends on the time of year and or other special offers.

Best location in town. No one can beat the price and being able to get 2 single rooms during the Diamond Jubilee was fantastic. I`m also wondering if there are other hotels which give you the option of smoking rooms. I smoked nearly a packet because I could. I`ll definitely be staying there again whenever I`m in London next time. Cheers
