The Saffron Hotel is a listed building dating back to the 16th century. It occupies a prime site in the historic market town of Saffron Walden.
The elegant garden restaurant has long enjoyed a reputation for imaginatively prepared, freshly cooked food. The wine list is extensive and offers excellent value for money. The friendly bar serves a range of traditional ales and tasty bar meals.
