A warm and friendly welcome awaits…
Legendary Ruthin Castle has been welcoming guests – including royals and noted members of society – for several hundred years and today that long record of delivering warm hospitality and comfort to guests continues. For the ultimate visit book one of the four unusually themed and extravagantly furnished Royal Salons , the most superior of which is the stately Prince of Wales . Stemming from its historic mediaeval roots and current refurbishment program, guests can also choose from a selection of refurbished 4-star Deluxe Rooms , whilst at 3-star standard there are a variety of traditional Four Poster Rooms , double or twin Castle Rooms and for the most budget conscious, smaller Junior Castle Rooms .* All charming rooms encapsulate the era of the castle blending tradition with modern comforts, and come complete with 24-hour room service, television, hairdryer, hospitality beverages, telephone, and WiFi internet access.
Please note: Whilst every effort has been made to categorise and describe the rooms, each one is individual in size and style leading to inevitable differences even within categories. Guests planning to stay with young children should note that only a small selection of rooms have space for extra beds and these are often fully booked well in advance. It is essential that arrangements are made at the time of booking. Similarly, for those with mobility or other impairments there are a very limited number of rooms suitable so please discuss your needs with our reservations team who will advise you on what best suits your requirements. Information is also available in our accessibility statement.
