Established in 1857 as an orphanage for young girls, Stonecross Manor Hotel is privately owned and operated. All thirty ensuite rooms are comfortably appointed with traditional decor and furnishings in keeping with the ambience of the hotel. Catherine's Restaurant and the Westmorland Bar offer a relaxing atmosphere coupled with quality local cuisine and a pleasing wine list. The heated indoor pool is for the exclusive use of hotel guests and offers a welcome rejuvenation after a day of hill walking or sight seeing. Stonecross Manor Hotel also offers Conference and Banqueting facilities and has ample free parking.
