Formerly three magnificent Regency private residences converted at the turn of the century into a beautifully presented hotel where many rooms command stunning sea-views.

This three-star plus hotel is in a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach, The Brighton conference centre and just moments from Brighton's cosmopolitan nightlife. Situated in the heart of Brighton City Centre, The Kings Hotel is a tranquil haven mixing modern and traditional interiors with impeccable service from attentive staff.

Directly opposite the hotel on the beach is a wonderful children's play area complete with paddling pool, swings and sand pits. Limited car parking is offered by the hotel on a chargeable first come first served basis. The Kings Hotel is gay friendly and does not accept stag parties.

All 90 en-suite rooms at The Kings Hotel in Brighton, many with sea views, are tastefully designed offering each traveller a home for home experience. All rooms are en-suite, with sky TV, FREE WiFi and modem link telephone. All rooms are non-smoking.

Travelling
Road

From London or M25 take the M23/A23 all the way to Brighton, then follow the signs for the seafront. On reaching the Brighton Pier roundabout take the third exit and drive west, with the seafront on your left hand side of the main seafront road, the A259 named Kings Road. You will find the hotel on you right just after West Pier and opposite the band stand.

Train

South Central Trains, Thameslink and Virgin Trains operate regular services to Brighton from London and the Heart of England. Most services call at Gatwick Airport en-route. The South Central "Brighton Express" operates from London Victoria Station and calls at East Croydon and Brighton. Journey time is approximately 50 minutes.

On arrival at Brighton Station a taxi service operates from the forecourt to The Kings Hotel in Brighton. Travel time is usually 3-5 minutes and costs approximately £3.50 for a single journey.

K dine is situated on the ground floor offering a modern restaurant with bar, styled in a contemporary design with panoramic sea views of Brighton beach and the channel. K dine offers unpretentious, good quality food using only the finest and freshest of ingredients with great service from our friendly and knowledgeable team. The Restaurant is open for evening meals Monday-Friday.

Our Head Chef has compiled an exquisite selection of dishes, unique to The Kings Hotel for you to choose from, using only the finest ingredients. Once you have confirmed your reception with us we offer a complimentary taster of your chosen wedding breakfast for two people including a bottle of wine.

The newly refurbished air-conditioned Cavendish Suite can comfortable cater for 30 – 60 guests when seated formally or 100 guests in a less formal arrangement. Patio doors lead directly into the walled garden seating a further 60 guests for a bar-b-que or evening function.

I have worked with all the senior managers within the hotel to compile a wedding brochure that I hope will offer you everything you may require, and more.
