Okay
We arrived at the Hotel, we are two ladies early fifties attending a full on conference the following day. We were greeted by a mass of people, deafening music, drunken, vomiting and doormen present whilst we tried to get some service and our room keys as the reception shutters were down. Whilst we were waiting the front door glass was smashed by a reveller. The young lady who eventually saw us was very helpful and immediately suggested we stayed at their alternative guest house which we did. There had been no heating on in the bedrooms/bathroom and the rooms and particularly the bed and bedlinen were freezing, not a pleasant stay at all. Reviewed by Vanessa Cooper on 7 Feb 2013
