Set in the heart of this dynamic and vibrant city - The Spires Birmingham is a luxury home from home newly opened in 2007 and offering all the comfort and facilities of a prestigious hotel together with the convenience and independence of self-catering accommodation - Each suite benefits from a fully fitted kitchen and elegant lounge complete with home entertainment system - digital television and broadband facilities - With a choice of either one or two bedrooms - sharing a suite with either a colleague - friends or family is a real pleasure - and all guests can enjoy the space to relax - entertain or even get some work done - Two bedroom suites offer two bathrooms - one ensuite to the master bedroom - Rates are for a suite - not per person - and with our two bedroom deluxe suites sleeping up to six people they are excellent value for money - Each suite is fully serviced Monday to Saturday and bed linen and towels are provided.

Please note that all weekend stays are subject to a £250 deposit - which will be taken from the payment card on the Friday prior to arrival (in addition to the accommodation charge). This deposit will be refunded to the card on the following Monday (Tuesday on bank holidays) after the completion of an apartment inspection, provided that maximum occupancy and guest noise level terms have not been breached.
