Each clever little creation is designed to emulate the feel of a luxury yacht cabin and these beautifully styled windowless hotel rooms offer guests luxury for less in an inventively compact and efficient space. Midway between the ICC (International Convention Centre), the NIA (National Indoor Arena) and Brindley Place, off Broad Street to the north and The Mailbox to the south. It is five minutes` walk from New Street railway station, which is ten minutes by train from the NEC (National Exhibition Centre) and 1.5 hours from London Euston.

Arrival at the hotel:
Check in time is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early check in maybe possible from 12 noon, this is subject to availability on the day and may incur an additional charge.
Arrivals prior to 12 noon will require the room(s) to be booked for the night prior to arrival at the prevailing rate.
Checkout / Departure:
Check out time is by 12 noon, any checkouts after this time will be subject to a £10 per hour charge up to 14:00* after this time the full rate for the night in question will be charged at the prevailing rate.
*Subject to avalibility.
Credit / Debit Card Charges:
All bookings must be secured with a valid credit or debit card that is valid on the day of your arrival. The card used to make the reservation MUST be present at check in for completing the transaction and for authorisation. Transactions over £250 will require photographic identification for additional verification. If you don’t have a credit or debit card on arrival. You will be required to pay for your accommodation in full along with a £50 cash deposit per room per night.
Advance Purchase Bookings:
Any booking made using the advance purchase option will be charged within 24 hours of booking, any card that does not authorise will be cancelled immediately, we therefore advise ensuring the funds are clear in your bank before making a reservation.
From M6 South or North-West:
Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and follow the A38(M) Aston Expressway. Follow signs to City Centre - A38(M). Do not take any exit to the left. Go over one flyover and through the Queensway Tunnel signposted 'Bromsgrove and Queen Elizabeth Hospital'. Leave this tunnel indicating left and drive up the parallel running slip road to the Paradise Circus Island. Leave this island at the third exit signposted 'A456 Kidderminster'. You will now be on Broad Street. Take the first left into Bridge Street. At the end of Bridge Street turn left into Holliday Street. nitenite™ will be immediately on your right.
From M5 South-West:
Leave the M5 at Junction 3 and travel towards Birmingham City Centre along the A456 Hagley Road for five miles to the Five Ways Island. This is easily distinguishable as it is surrounded by large office blocks and a Tesco store. At Five Ways Island take your second exit. You will now be on Broad Street. Continue down Broad Street and take your third right into Gas Street. At the end of Gas Street turn left into Holliday Street. Go underneath the bridge and nitenite™ will be immediately on your right.
Directions By Train
Trains depart from London Euston station to Birmingham New Street station every 30 minutes. Once in Birmingham New Street station, follow directions as outlined below (in the directions 'From Birmingham New Street Station'). The journey takes approximately 1½ hours from London.
From Birmingham New Street Station:
Take the Victoria Square exit from the platforms at New Street station. Turn left into Navigation Street and walk 200 metres, crossing Hill Street and continuing in the direction of The Mailbox. Walk under the illuminated roadway in front of The Mailbox. The Mailbox is in front of you to the left. Turn right signposted in the direction of Convention Centre. Turn left at the Axis Building into Holliday Street. Centenary Plaza is in front of you. To the left you will see nitenite™ signs.
From Birmingham International Airport:
You can take the train to get to the hotel. Catch the airport monorail outside the arrivals lounge. This will take you to Birmingham International train station. The journey will take approximately ten minutes. There are frequent trains between Birmingham International and Birmingham New Street stations (then follow directions given above.)
