Originally an 18th-century Artisan’s home, Machado Gallery is set beside the River Avon in the leafy village of Barford. Just 5 minutes’ drive from Warwick Castle, this quaint bed and breakfast features a secluded walled garden and a lounge with log fire. Filled with art and antiques, the rooms at Machado feature garden views, en suite bathrooms and original furnishings. Free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV are also included, and guests have use of a shared kitchen. Freshly baked handmade bread and marmalade is served at breakfast, with fair trade espresso coffee or tea.
