As the name suggests, The Old Mill is a converted watermill, situated by the River Sowe. The origins of this unique building stretch back into the mists of time where the first written records of the mill appear in the Doomsday Book. Despite having a refurbishment in 2011, many of the unique features from the original building have been retained, such as the roughly hewn beams; a design that gives the hotel a traditional yet charming feel.

The hotel has 26 en-suite bedrooms, the majority of which have stunning views of the fantastic patio area and grounds with the river running through it. All of the rooms come with unlimited free Wi-Fi, flat-screen digital TVs, tea & coffee making facilities, an iron and a hair dryer. As well as our standard rooms there are also family rooms available upon request.

The hotel also has Gray Lady Suite which is an outstanding conference room overlooking the river and is the perfect setting for a variety of functions and events of a corporate or private nature. The room can accommodate 40 people standing and either 18 in boardroom style seating or 30 in theatre style seating.
