The hotel itself is based in the ward of Abbey Green which itself offers all amenities such as public houses, take - aways, off licence, cash point and the very popular and welcoming sister hotel and Italian restaurant La Tavola Calda all being only a few paces away.

The family run concern prides itself on homely comforts which become all too apparent once you have sampled the atmosphere of not only the accommodation, but of the family itself.

All rooms are sold on a self-catering room basis only. The Manor Snacks is opposite the hotel which is the local cafe. It opens six days a week from 7am and offers a wide range menu for breakfast and sandwiches
