Fantastic
This hotel was perfectly located for us being next to the river Thames so we were able to use the ferry to go to Hampton Court Flower Show. It was also an easy walk to the station plus there are many restaurants close by.
However although clean the decor & fittings at the hotel were rather tired , & consequently a tad overpriced.

The Hermes Hotel is ideally situated in a picturesque location overlooking the river and within easy reach of all amenities in the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames.
A friendly, family run Hotel offering Bed and Breakfast at reasonable rates in the 17th century Listed building.
The Hotel is very close to the centre of Kingston Just a few minutes walk beside the river to the famous market place and Kingston upon Thames shopping centre, including John Lewis and the Bentalls Centre. The Hotel is close to both Kingston and Surbiton British Rail Stations.
Trains from Surbiton to Waterloo take about 18 minutes and Surbiton to Wimbledon approximately 15 minutes.
Kingston has convenient and reliable bus and train services providing frequent services to all parts of the borough and to other parts of Greater London, servicing areas such as Richmond, Hampton, Kew as well as Surrey. There are transport links to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports, with Heathrow airport taking only 40 minutes to an hour by bus.
