Our aim is to make your time with us as enjoyable as possible. This fine Victorian country house was converted to a private hotel in the mid 1960's. It is ideally situated and a superb base for visiting many local attractions.

We have 22 comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, colour television, telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hairdryer and alarm clock/radio. Broadband internet access is also available in most rooms.

Dining in our Adam Room Restaurant, you will find a varied menu and selection of fine wines to make your stay extra special. To give you an appetite, or help you stay in shape we have a variety of leisure facilities available.

For the bride and groom, or for those that want something extra special, we have one room complete with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath.

There are three fine marriage rooms in the hotel, all of which are licensed for civil ceremonies.

The Sovereign Suite, overlooking the hotel's gardens, is ideal for events of up to 299 people, with private access from our large car park. The room can be configured in a number of formats ranging from "theatre" style for the corporate delivery conference, to "cabinet" style for the larger boardroom and delegate meetings.
