This 19th-century guest house is set in Kinloss, within 0.5 miles of the scenic shores and trout fishing of Loch Leven. Its rooms have bright, traditional décor, and breakfasts are made using fresh local produce. With a TV, free tea/coffee and a hair dryer, most rooms at The Roxburghe Guest House also have a private bathroom. Other rooms share a bathroom, whilst DVDs and a PlayStation console are provided on request.
