Eynsham Hall is a magnificent Grade II listed mansion set in the heart of a 3,000 acre estate, only 12 miles from Oxford. The Jacobean-style house retains many of its traditional features but has recently benefited from the first stage of a sensitive refurbishment programme. The forecourt has been redesigned to be more in keeping with the original layout to enhance visitors’ first glimpse of this historic building. The main reception lounge retains many of its classic features such as the wooden floor and stone fireplace but new furnishings have been added to give it an elegant, contemporary twist. The new award winning bar, The Gun Room, emphasises Eynsham Hall’s traditional past as a fine country house and brings it up to date with canary yellow leather sofas and Pop Art fabric upholstered tub chairs.
