There is a choice of modern tastefully decorated rooms that are kept to a high standard of cleanliness along with all amenities and comfortable seating areas.

You can be assured of a full hearty Yorkshire English breakfast to set you up for the day - included in the price. There are lighter options available and vegetarians are catered for. There is also a selection of grapefruit, yoghurt, fruit juice and teas & coffees.

Amendments and non-arrivals Curtailment (see insurance) A none refundable deposit of the first nights stay will be taken when the booking is made. In the event of non-arrival or cancellation after this time, a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation at the rate at which the reservation was made will be levied. Normal terms of payment apply to these charges. For this purpose we reserves the right to set-off the amount payable for such cancellation against the Client's credit or debit card without prior notice or approval where applicable. In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking prior to the scheduled day of arrival, our liability will be no greater than the amount paid by the client in respect of any booking. Where possible we will make every attempt to, but are not obliged nor will we be liable to find alternative accommodation for the Client in the event that we are unable to accommodate the client.
