Built in 1741 Newton House is one of Knaresborough’s finest examples of Georgian architecture offering highly commended four star accommodation, a civilized, relaxed atmosphere and a genuine warm welcome from hosts Mark & Lisa.
All our bedrooms are warm, comfortable and generously proportioned. All have a private bathroom and all our doubles are en-suite. Over half of our 11 bedrooms have Super Kingsize beds and one room has a Four Poster. Our beds are dressed with freshly laundered Egyptian cotton sheets & pillows.

With the A1(M) a mere 5 minutes away, and some of the largest exhibition and conference centres in the North on our doorstep, we are used to looking after the needs of business travellers here at Newton House. Harrogate International Centre is just 4 miles away. The Yorkshire Events Centre and the Harrogate Showground are less than 3 miles away.
All of our rooms include a workspace with free high speed wireless internet access should you need to stay in contact with colleagues or access research material online. If you just want to relax, there's a flat screen TV with a wide selection of freeview channels. We can also supply meeting room facilities on request.
