For four decades The St. James Hotel has been in the heart of Grimsby’s town centre providing accommodation, food & drink for visitors, with excellent customer service. Friendly, efficient staff are always on hand to help, some of which have been with the hotel for over 30 years.

Built in 1972, St. James Hotel catered to the thriving fishing and food industries by providing relaxing comfortable accommodation. The establishment has survived many adjustments through the years, from changes in ownership to becoming a stand-alone hotel in the late 1980’s and now St. James Hotel is still a roaring success 40 years later.

Within the Hotel there are 125 rooms, all of which boast an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, a telephone, television and free WiFi. On the ground floor is The Chantry Restaurant which serves a delicious variety tasty of dishes, 7 days a week. The restaurant along with the relaxing bar and lounge area is available for hire for a wide variety of functions. Conferencing suites which are suitable for seminars, presentations and meetings can be customised to suit individual requirements and essential equipment is provided along with refreshments and meals.
