No.78 is approximately 120 year old Victorian building which we are extensively refurbishing to a high standard. Starting with an ongoing project replacing the windows, this will take a while so bear with us as each room gets its special treatment. Once windows have been replaced with sash windows, we then decorate to a high standard but keeping the contemporary look that you enjoy.
The B&B is conveniently situated for the shops, sea and only a short walk from the the Golden Mile, sitting between Princes Road and Paget Road. We are approximately 100 metres from the beach and the front looks out over the bowling greens and Britannia Pier.
We have eight en-suite bedrooms, all the bedrooms are doubles, our smallest doubles are suitable for single occupancy, there are two family rooms and then there are our best rooms. Each bedroom is individually decorated, so no two rooms are the same.
The stylish lounge with sofas and chairs is ideal to relax in whilst enjoying a cup of tea or coffee any time of the day or evening, or just for relaxing with views over the sea front. Our large dining room is located on the lower ground floor - here you can sit in peace at your own table to enjoy our hearty breakfasts.
