Overlooking the Mariepskop Mountain, this spacious thatched-roof house opens on to a terrace with a barbecue. The services of a butler are available full-time. Warthog Rest Private Lodge is a H-shaped house with three connected wings, centred around a lounge and dining room. It includes a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms. During the day, guests can relax in the garden or cool off in the outdoor swimming pool. Game tours by foot or by car can also be arranged. In the evening, guests can sit around the campfire. The lodge is part of the northern Drakensberg mountains area, where wildlife such as buffalo, giraffe, and zebra roam freely. The Warthog is just a 4-minute drive outside the town of Hoedspruit.
