University Arms in Cambridge, Christine in the front of house in hotels such as The
Liverpool Adelphi and Gleneagles. As a team they opened and managed hotels for Rank and Post House before becoming management consultants to the catering industry. In 1990 they inaugurated the Garden Hotel, which has charmed guests ever since.
