In a quiet location, 2 miles from the market town of Sittingbourne and a 20-minute drive from the Isle of Sheppey, Tourmaline is a modern, light, 3-bedroom house with free Wi-Fi. The house has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a downstairs cloakroom too. Bedding and towels are included. The fully fitted kitchen comes with a large fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Tea/coffee is included and the lounge/diner has a large HD TV plus DVD player and CD radio. There is a fully enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and a small trampoline for the kids to play on. At the front of Tourmaline, there is private parking for 2 cars. Sittingbourne Railway Station is a 5-minute drive from the property. Local shops, takeaways and a nice pub/restaurant are less than 5 minutes’ walk from the house.
