After all, where else can you scale a 22 metre-climbing tower, jump in a canoe, hold a meeting in a purpose built conference suite and enjoy overnight accommodation in a fully restored Grade II listed building. Set in 108 acres of mature parkland, the White House at Gilwell Park combines 17th Century charm with 21st century facilities. Complemented by 35 en suite bedrooms, in house audio visual and training support, the venue can accommodate 2 to 250 guests and is equally well suited to private gatherings such as wedding receptions.

Marvelous!! staff very good. had breakfast and thought ok, but was a little late as not too fresh, after 8am. value for money excellent plus discount due to scout members.

My self and my wife and children enjoyed staying at gilwell park , the rooms are good value for money very clean and tidy and the room facilities come in handy, the white house is grand and has an interesting history, it is surrounded by beautiful grounds which are well kept and maintained with interesting wildlife which my family enjoyed seeing when exploring the grounds and adjacent forest, I will definitely be returning in the near future to gilwell park.

My wife and I stayed here the night and had our wedding reception here. The staff were fantastic and had a very calming nature. They did everything that was required to make this a pleasant stay. The rooms are fantastic and very cozy. Excellent experience all round.
