This recently built comfortable Hotel of 22 en-suite rooms in the Ancient town of Rye situated on the Strand Quay over looking the River Tillingham. Most rooms have a river view and we offer standard, superior and four poster rooms either double, twin or family. All our rooms have hospitality trays, TV, telephone and internet access. Our conservatory restaurant provides breakfast, lunch and dinner, from our interesting and varied menu, using local produce and suppliers. Al-fresco dining on the patio. We are disabled friendly and have ample parking. Room service and 'breakfast in bed' is available at a small extra charge. The centre of the medieval town is a couple of minutes walk with it's variety of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants together with such features as the Landgate Tower built in 1325 as a defence against the French. Virtually the whole of the citadel area is a conservation area and includes churches, the Town Hall and a myriad of buildings of historical interest.
