The Crown Hotel is centrally situated in one of the most picturesque villages in South West Scotland, and only a few yards from the waters edge. The hotel looks out over the harbour entrance, and on a clear day you can see Ireland, which is only 19 miles across the Irish Channel. Stranraer is only seven miles away and there are several ferry crossings that take you to Northern Ireland from here.
At the Crown Hotel we pride ourselves on our long-standing reputation for good food and wine. We are renowned for our seafood dishes, which we try to source locally as much as we can.
