Situated on Exmoor, high above the twin villages of Lynmouth and Lynton, surrounded by rolling hills and the sea. There is plenty to do and enjoy in the locality. There are seven circular walks starting at the Sandpiper, for which we can provide routes. Stay with us to relax. Perhaps enjoy a drink on our stunning patio, overlooking Lynmouth bay, or in the winter sit by our 13th century inglenook fireplace with a book or some good company.

We have 16 en-suite bedrooms, including family and twin rooms, all on the first floor. One room has a walk-in shower whilst the remaining all have baths - a rewarding soak after a day's enjoyable walk through the countryside around the Inn.
