The original building part of Rossett Hall Hotel is a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian manor house, built in 1750 by James Boydell - the sheriff of the nearby Harwarden Estate who went on to become the Lord Mayor of London. The hotel is surrounded by attractive gardens and the village of Rossett has a great deal of character, with two working water mills. Guests have the convenience of an excellent bus service that runs every 8-10 minutes and stops just outside the hotel, reaching both Chester and Wrexham within 10 minutes.
