Welcome to our historic, Grade II listed, city centre hotel.

With it's sloping floorboards and quirky style you are sure of an old fashioned warm welcome at The Star; one of the oldest hotels in Southampton.

Situated at the heart of a busy city centre we are only minutes away from the centre's many shops, bars, and restaurants and also the ferry and cruise terminals and sailing facilities.

We offer very competitive rates; our best value rooms come in all shapes and sizes comprising single, double or twin beds. Our hearty and filling breakfasts cannot be beaten, and we offer free wi-fi throughout.

Please note we are a smoke free hotel, however there is an outside smoking area.
