Located just one mile south of Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, we are ideally located to visit all Edinburgh's city centre sites. In particular we are very close to Edinburgh University, Queens Hall, Festival Theatre, Holyrood Park, Holyrood Palace, Commonwealth Swimming Pool, The Meadows and the Old Town.
Hosts Lizzie and Gary are both originally from Edinburgh, and can share a wealth of information with their guests. We pride ourselves on our warm welcome, Scottish hospitality and full cooked Scottish breakfast. All our rooms are well appointed with LCD TVs with freeview, individual tea and coffee making facilities, and either en-suite or private facilities.
All our rooms are accessed via stairs on the first and second floors. Please note there is no lift.
