Owned, and run by the Wigginton family, Rowton Hall is full of character and charm and is renowned for a warm welcome. The hotel is located in the area once occupied by King Charles I in 1645 during the English Civil War. The Hall that forms the main part of the hotel was built in 1779 and even today we still refer to the heritage through our Langdale Restaurant, named after the commander Marmaduke Langdale.

All 37 bedrooms are individually designed and have their own style, all rooms have en suite bathrooms, direct dial telephones, trouser press, freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities.

We have seven luxurious suites within the hotel for guests wishing to indulge during their stay. We also offer complimentary wi-fi throughout the hotel.
