The Waterman is situated 2 minutes’ walk from the River Cam, and half a mile from the historical city centre of Cambridge. This traditional Cambridge pub features rooms with free Wi-Fi, and an on-site restaurant. A flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities are provided in each room at The Waterman. The large double room features a queen-size bed, while the twin room has a view of the courtyard area. Home-cooked food is served in the on-site restaurant, with a range of international dishes on offer. Authentic Chinese dishes are served every Tuesday, such as traditional dim sum. A continental breakfast is served daily. Fine ales, wines and fresh ground coffee are available in the bar, and there is a secluded outdoor courtyard area for al fresco dining or drinking. Buses to the rail station and city centre can be court from outside The Waterman, and arrive every 10 minutes. Many local shops and cafés can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
