Our cottages are set with a fantastic view of the 12th lake and golf course, yet just a short walk away from the clubhouse and its facilities. Prices are based per cottage for 7 night stays

Directions from A1
At the black cat roundabout, (A421 to Bedford), take exit to Roxton & Gt Barford. Take the first right to Chawston, follow road to the end, (approx 4 miles). Turn left then right onto New Rd. The Golf Club is approx. 300 metres on the left hand side.
Directions from the M1
Exit Junction 13 to Bedford (A421), Exit at the Great Barford slip road. Continue into Great Barford, turning left at the cross roads, (Golden Cross Chinese Restaurant), Follow to the end of the road and at T-junction turn right then immediately left towards Colmworth. Take the first left onto New Road. The Golf Club is approx. 300 metres on the left hand side.


Sports and Leisure
Our Par 3 course is available foc for residents of the cottages. Club hire for this is just 50p per club.
Exclusive fishing right to residents directly outside cottages availble to residents only.
We also offer reduced fees for residents on our main 18 hole golf clourse.
We have a couple of very nice foot paths that lead out from the golf clourse to the local villages.
