We are a family run friendly 18 bedroom guesthouse in the heart of bath, situated 350 metres below the Royal Crescent. A mere 7 minute walk to the city centre and all its attractions. Our Guesthouse is a NON smoking premises.

All our bedrooms are double or larger in size , 16 are ensuite. We have very comfortable pocket sprung mattress beds most of which are king size & good showers.
