This is a land of myth and legend steeped in history- Medieval Castles, beautiful gardens, rivers & lakes, steam trains & narrow gauge railways, ancient slate & copper mines.
The bedrooms have quality furnishings and fittings, all are individual in design and have en-suite facilities, all rooms have flat-screen, remote control colour TV with 'free view'.
The finest Egyptian cotton sheets luxury bespoke bedding, soft furnishings and furniture, complimentary tea, coffee & hot chocolate with home made biscuits etc.

On a stroll outside, you will be able to take in the delights of our garden where you can sit and enjoy the views with perhaps a pre-dinner aperitif, or you might enjoy a game of croquet. Beyond the garden, sheep and cattle contentedly graze, and further afield our two small lakes house families of ducks, coots and moorhens.
Martin and his team of talented chefs take great care and pride in the dishes that leave the kitchen, where we rely on fresh local ingredients: Meat from local farmers and butchers, freshly caught local fish, and in the summer, vegetables and herbs straight from the garden.
