Hotel AENOS has its roots back to the 18th century. It was originally built in 1780 and served as a family mansion for permanent residence. It belonged to Count Metaxas- a family connected with important historical events of recent history of Greece.
In 1961- a small building with eight rooms on the first floor and some shops on the ground floor was constructed on the same site of the magnificent 18th century mansion- which was again rented as a Hotel.
