Grand Hotel Viljandi is the most elegant building in Viljandi and was constructed in 1938 and named Esimene Viljandi Esinduslokaal, the First Best Place of Viljandi, short name Eve. The hotel was reopened in 2002 after major renovations and continues to provide you with luxurious accommodation. The 4 star Hotel has 49 unique rooms designed in an art deco style with effective colours and design elements that can be found in all rooms including the walls decorated with reproductions of giant butterflies. Rooms have desk, sitting area, safe, comfortable bed and bathroom with hairdryer and bath robe, cable TV, mini bar and free WLAN. Each storey of the hotel has its own color solution as well as two modern rooms for people with disabilities and three double rooms for people with allergies which have been designed and furnished using only natural materials. There are separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers. The walls of the hotel corridors are decorated with paintings and photos by local artists and the carpets play an important role in the color scheme. The Hotel also offers an A la Carte restaurant, suitable for business lunches and events, a conference centre, sports facilities and a sauna complex as well as health centre that will provide you with leisure opportunities and additional services.
