Description

The village of Allostock lies in the heart of rural Cheshire, on the A50 road between Knutsford and Holmes Chapel. Set slightly back from the main road, surrounded by ample car parking, you will find the Cottage Restaurant and Lodge which is owned and personally run by the Marr family. The spacious building is built in a traditional local style and has been extended to provide plenty of room in which to enjoy a delicious meal. The Cottage is well known throughout the area for serving a superb menu of modern British food from both an a la carte and table d'hote menu each lunchtime and evening (except Sunday evening). Up to sixty diners can be accommodated in the waitress-served restaurant and children are welcome. It is also worth noting that you can simply enjoy a drink should you wish, although once you have a look at the menu you will almost certainly be tempted to try a bite to eat.
