A brasserie with a menu serving fresh, seasonal produce. 18 en-suite bedrooms and a conference room.

All 18 bedrooms are simply but comfortably decorated in light neutral shades, using natural fabrics and tones with the very best mattresses, soft duvets, feather or hypoallergenic pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a choice of twin, double, king, triple and family size rooms all with TVs. All rooms are en-suite with baths and showers and spa therapy toiletries.

In the brasserie, our cooking is straightforward with much use made of the grill. Our menu varies with seasonal availability and will appeal to customers who like simple untainted food.

Camber Sands - 21/2 miles long and 1/2 a mile wide at low tide, it is reputed to be the finest sandy beach in the south-east. This large and open stretch of sand attracts a variety of people from traditional summer beach users through to horse riders, kite surfers, kite buggying, windsurfing etc. The surrounding natural landscape is of international significance for its wildlife (both flora and fauna), and the designations for the Camber area includes an SSSI (sites of special scientific interest). It is included in the proposed Pett Level to Dungeness spa (special protected area) and RAMSAR (designated under the international convention on wetlands of international importance especially as waterfowl habitat (the RAMSAR convention) site and SNCI (site of nature conservation importance) respectively.



The Place Camber Sands is the only hotel and restaurant in the Camber area and as such is ideally situated for photographic and film crews looking for a convenient base with stylish but comfortable accommodation with a brasserie menu. There are conference facilities suitable for a variety of uses. From business “brainstorming” meetings for 18 people, private screenings for up to 50 using our state-of-the-art multi-media equipment, or private dining for 20.
