The newly refurbished Kings Arms in St Johns Square is a late 16th Century coaching inn, giving a fine example of what much of Abergavenny would have looked like before formal Georgian modifications. There are earlier remnants of medieval and pre-medieval dwellings beneath the 13th Century town wall now incorporated into the Tudor restaurant at the rear. Our ensuite bedrooms are furnished with emphasis on the unique and personal.
