The development offers a selection of One and Two Bedroomed fully equipped apartments set in a secure gated development. The apartments are modern fully furnished to a high specification and all offer Broadband, TV/DVD and parking at no extra charge. All have a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher and fully equipped kitchens. Cancellation Policy: Up to 29 Days Before No Charge. Between 28 Days & 22 Days 25% of inclusive rent for term. Between 21 Days & 15 Days 50% of inclusive rent for term. Between 14 Days & 8 Days 75% of inclusive rent for term. Between 7 Days or Less 100% of inclusive rent for term. There will also be an administration fee of £30+VAT for all changes to bookings once the documentation has been produced.
