"The Trooper was a great base for a short stay. Couldn`t fault the room and the pub adjacent seemed really nice (if you like real ales, even more so!). There was no sit-down cooked English breakfast - instead, there was food in a fridge in your room - but this personally didn`t bother me. The Trooper was recommended to me and I would recommend it in turn - thumbs up! "
