The Sir Douglas Haig is a traditional old English coaching inn offering 7 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, enjoy a relaxing evening in front of our Real Log Fire. With good home cooked food, vegetarian and special diets are catered for, wines and Fullers award winning ales you will be sure of a warm welcome from the Managers and their team. Situated in the heart of the village of Effingham, and ideal location from which to explore Surrey and for the business traveller and families alike with children being made very welcome. Pets are welcome although not in the bedrooms.
