Greetham Valley provides 35 bedrooms, many enjoying glorious views over the golf courses, valley and lakes. Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities, twin or king-size beds, wardrobe and golf bag storage space, digital television, direct dial telephone and complimentary coffee and tea making facilities. Some double rooms can offer an extra bed for a child, whilst two of the bedrooms have been designed with the requirements of our less able guests in mind. All are designed to make our guests feel at ease, relaxed and comfortable.
Traveling
By Road
From the North
Using the A1, we are 12 miles south of Grantham. Leave the A1 at the B668 sliproad. Turn right at the roundabout, go under the A1 bridge and turn left at the next roundabout, signposted Greetham, Cottesmore and Oakham. After 1 mile, turn left at the crossroads following the brown signs to the Golf Club entrance.
From the South
Using the A1, we are 7 miles north of Stamford. Leave the A1 at the B668 sliproad. Turn left towards Greetham, Cottesmore and Oakham. After 1/2 mile turn left at the crossroads following the brown signs to the Golf Club entrance.
From the East
Head for the A1 and follow the directions above.
From the West
Either head for the A1 and follow the directions above, or head for Oakham, then follow signs for B668 Cottesmore and Greetham.
By Rail
Local stations are Stamford, Oakham and Grantham.
By Air
A heli-pad can be available on-site. Nearest airports are East Midlands (45 minutes' drive), Coventry (1 hour), Birmingham (75 minutes), Stansted (105 minutes), Luton (105 minutes).
Sports and leisure
Greetham Valley's main sporting attraction is our superb 45 hole golf complex. We also offer on-site bowls, archery, off-road driving, quad-biking, salmon fishing and coarse fishing, whilst all the amenities of Rutland Water are just 4.5 miles away.
Love and marriage
The Rutland Suite at Greetham Valley is the largest reception venue in Rutland and enjoys glorious views over the lakes, valley and golf courses.
