The Manor House is an independently owned conference centre with excellent hotel facilities. We blend the traditions of hospitality and friendliness with first class facilities. Newly refurbished bedrooms in the old house retain a traditional feel, whilst those in the award-winning extension, which also includes a gym and sauna, have a modern Scandinavian style. Whatever your preference, all 31 bedrooms are fully equipped and include interactive TV, to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Free internet access is available throughout. Our skilled chefs use local, seasonal produce to create delicious menus for our main dining room and relaxed bistro. Private dining can be arranged in our oak-panelled boardroom, while the terraced lawn area is perfect for lazy summer drinks with friends. None of this would be possible without our caring, friendly staff. Whatever your needs, all our staff at The Manor House will make sure your stay is truly memorable.

And we offer the same flexible options for residents who wish to entertain. Our oak-panelled boardroom is ideal for private dinners, while the terraced lawn area is perfect for lazy summer drinks with friends. (We regret that we are unable to cater for wedding receptions, parties and other private functions at present.)

Traveling
By Road
The Manor House is located just South of Guildford, less than five minutes from the A3 and approximately 12 miles from Junc 10 of M25.
Directions from M25:
1. Leave the M25 at junction 10 and join the A3 towards Portsmouth for approximately 11 miles.
2. Pass all Guildford turnings and take the exit signposted Godalming and Farnham B3000.
3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd (last) exit towards Farnham.
4. At the next roundabout, take the first exit into Priorsfield Road, signposted Charterhouse
and Hurtmore.
5. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles, past Stag Hill Motors on the left and then Charterhouse School on the right.
6. At the mini roundabout turn left into Twycross Road signposted Farncombe and Binscombe.
7. Then 1st left into Huxley Close.
8. Take the 2nd entrance.
9. The large black and white building is The Manor House.
By Air
The Manor House is under an hour's drive from both Heathrow and Gatwick.
Heathrow - join the M25, heading south and west. Follow directions from M25.
Gatwick - join the M23, going north. Exit at junction 7 for the M25 and head north and west. Follow directions from M25
By Rail
The Manor House is easily accessed by rail.
Godalming Station is about a mile away and is on the London Waterloo to Portsmouth line. Guildford is the nearest mainline station and is approximately 6 miles away. Taxis are available at both stations.
