The 4-Star Arden Park Guest House is a gracious Victorian property with modern amenities ideally situated in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, just around the corner from Shakespeare’s birthplace and a 10 minute stroll through town to the River Avon, the theatres, restaurants and other Shakespearean Houses. We are just a few minutes walk from Stratford-upon-Avon railway station and, if you are coming by car, provide free parking. The Arden Park Guest House makes the ideal base for your stay in Shakespeare Country.
Accommodation is available on a bed & breakfast basis for singles, couples, families or groups of up to 23. We can arrange accommodation for even larger groups by teaming up with other quality B&Bs, Guest Houses and Hotels.
Two of the rooms are on the ground floor and have wheelchair access.
All accommodation is in ensuite bedrooms, fully equipped with colour televisions, hospitality trays, hairdryers, room safes and central heating. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Please note that the Guest House is 100% non-smoking.
Our Breakfast offering is an 'all you can eat' continental-style buffet of: ham, cheese, boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice and freshly-brewed coffee or tea - so just dig in!
We are the first Bed & Breakfast to offer free broadband Internet and a free wi-fi hot spot, so you can keep in touch without spending your valuable time and money in Internet cafés.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SMOKING POLICY
Guests choosing to smoke anywhere in the guest house must leave immediately and are charged for one extra night.
PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking a card number is taken to guarantee the reservation. However, no amount is deducted from the card before your arrival. At the guest house you may choose to pay by cash, travellers cheque, guaranteed cheque or by card. Cash, cheque or UK debit card are preferable as credit cards and non-UK debit cards attract a 2% surcharge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your booking without being charged. Later cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge equal to 1 night's tariff. Please consider buying cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen events.
EARLIEST CHECK-IN: (Monday-Saturday)
Your room will be ready by 14:00. If you are arriving earlier than this and want to drop of your luggage you MUST PHONE US ON 01789-262126 AT LEAST TWO HOURS PRIOR ON THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL.
LAST CHECK-IN: (Monday-Saturday)
From Monday to Friday you must plan to arrive by 20:00 and on Saturdays by 17:00. If you have not arrived by this time, your booking will be cancelled and your card will be debited with 1 night’s tariff. If you are suffering an unavoidable delay, you MUST KEEP US INFORMED, so that we can make special arrangements for someone to greet you.

Luggage may be left free of charge at the guest house and collected no later than 12:00. (Later collection may be possible, but not guaranteed).

The breakfast is an 'all you can eat' continental-style meal of ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, juice, freshly brewed tea & coffee, served between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m.

Directions
From the Railway Station:
Walk towards the town.
At the first set of traffic lights, look across the road to the left and you will see our bright blue sign.
By Road from M40:
· Exit the M40 at junction 15.
· Take the A46 towards Stratford-upon-Avon.
· After 2.2 miles there is a roundabout. Take the second exit (A46).
· After 4 miles there is a second roundabout. Take the first exit (A3400).
· After 1.2 miles there is a traffic light. Turn right here into Arden Street.
We are Number 6 Arden Street: We are on the left hand side of the road, 50 yards from the next traffic light and opposite the Stratford Victoria Hotel. Our sign is bright blue.
Drop off your luggage and collect your free parking voucher.
By Road from M5:
· Exit the M5 at junction 9.
· Take the A46 towards Evesham and Stratford-upon-Avon.
· After about 27 miles turn off the A46 onto the A422 towards Stratford-upon-Avon.
· After 1.5 miles Stratford-upon-Avon railway station will appear on the left.
· At the next traffic light turn left in Arden Street.
We are Number 6 Arden Street: We are on the right hand side of the road. Our sign is bright blue.
