The original Old Rectory dates back to the mid 18th century. Set within 3.5 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens we offer a more tranquil setting for your nights accommodation. We are a family run business providing top quality service with a personal touch. We can also provide the perfect venue for: • Civil Ceremonies • Weddings Receptions • Private Functions • Sunday Lunches • Conferences Ideally situated just 4 miles north of Norwich on the B1150, 3 miles form Norwich Airport (offering easy access to city centre and ring road.) We have 17 luxury en-suite rooms each containing; en-suite shower/bath, TV, telephone, mini bar, tea/coffee hospitality tray, hair dryer and trouser press. Rooms are available on a daily basis with occupancy after 3 pm and vacating by 11 am on the day of departure. Fully air conditioned with built in dance floor it also offers easy access to the gardens and adjoining bar. Capacity – 110 seated; 150 evening /buffet. Perfect for that special occasion; * Birthday parties, *Wedding anniversary. * Retirement do. * Annual dinners. * Office parties. * Funeral wakes. * Christening/ Baby Naming. * Christmas Parties * High School Proms Or for the smaller party the Small Beamed Restaurant with adjoining lounge area can offer a more intimate surrounding. Max Capacity 60. Also open for Sunday Lunches and Christmas Parties A RANGE OF MENUS AVAILABLE TO SUITE THE OCCASION COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL MENU; BBQ; BUFFET; 2/3 COURSE COLD MEAT CARVERY.

The conservatory restaurant is the perfect place to hold a civil ceremony or wedding reception with high vaulted ceiling, disco lighting, built in sound system and dance floor. It also offers easy access to the gardens and adjoining bar. Capacity – 110 seated 150 evening buffet.
