We have made many improvements to the old Inn and due to demand we have added extra hotel accommodation to offer more people a chance to experience Jamaica Inn. From breakfast until late evening, you can enjoy an extensive range of home cooked food for all the family. With its cobbled courtyard, beamed ceilings, roaring log fires and real ales, Jamaica Inn's friendly, warm atmosphere welcomes you at any time of the year, whether you are a local, a visitor or just passing through. We have one of the finest collections of smuggling memorabilia at the Smugglers Museum and the Daphne du Maurier room honours the great writer.
Welcome to Jamaica Inn, Cornwall's legendary coaching house which has stood high on Bodmin Moor for centuries. The hospitality nowadays is a little more extensive than in the days of Joss Merlin and Mary Yellan. We have a wider choice of accommodation, food and drink on offer, and we hope the service is a little better! Today you may savour delicious hot and cold Cornish fayre in the Pedlars Food Bar. Don't forget to visit one of Jamaica Inn's gift shops to find that perfect souvenir. Open all Year.
