From M6/M69 Leave M6 J2 if west bound take 1st exit from island or east bound 3rd sign posted A46 Coventry. Cross small island, turn right at next small island filter onto A46 (Note M69 motorway end runs onto A46 at motorway end) Continue on A46 following signes until you reach Tollbar Island where the A46 and A45 cross. Stay in left and lane go left onto A45 towards London. Continue short distance and take slip road for A423 Southam/Banbury continue on A423 until you reach Island where A445 and A423 cross take the second exit from island continuing towards Banbury Home Farm's driveway is about 60 yards further up on the right.

From the M1 Exit M1 at J17 follow M45 west. At the end of M45 pick up A45 London Road towards Coventry. Continue approx 7 miles to an Island at Ryton on Dunsmore take the 1st exit onto the A445 towards the Village and Leamington Spa continue through the village and you will arrive at an island where ther A423 crosses the A445 take the 1st exit on this islannd A423 towards Banbury Home Farm is about 60 yards further up on the right
