ESA currently have a range of fifty one to three bedroom apartments and houses located in Newbury town centre giving easy access to local amenities and transport links. Guests are welcomed to the apartment by our staff to ensure their safe arrival and to familiarise them with their apartment and the facilities it has to offer, as well as to deal with any immediate concerns. Apartments are fully furnished and have their own living space, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen, towels, soap and hair dryers. Kitchens are equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator, cooker, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, CD-player, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine.
