PRICE INCLUDES CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST IS AVAILABLE AT WEEKENDS FOR £3.99. THE IDEAL LOCATION FOR BUSINESS OR PLEASURE They are one mile from J30 of the M5 and within a 3 mile radius of the hotel is Exeter's historic city centre, Exeter International Airport, Westpoint Exhibition Centre, Sowton and Marsh Barton industrial estates and we are only a 30 minute drive from the major tourist attractions of Dartmoor and Torbay. An ideal location if you are exploring Devon or a handy stopover on your way to Cornwall.

We have 37 bedrooms with all the facilities included to make your stay comfortable and restful. A choice of twin, double or family rooms all of which are non-smoking, but only one price £48 which also includes a free continental breakfast. Guests can upgrade to a full English breakfast for only £3.95pp on Saturdays and Sundays.

All rooms are fully en-suite with direct dial telephone and internet connection, beverage tray, remote controlled TV and complimentary shower gel and hand cream.
